From my early age, I’m can’t help wondering about the truth of life and having a high interest in the philosophy of life, why did people come to the world, and why some people choose stepped into the field of yoga; When I start my Yoga Journey keep practicing, I feel the deep relazation by connecting with my own breathing along with my body, Then and I see my inner heart and my true self. Singing bowl has been known for many years, and nowadays many people use it for self health care, family pressure release and balancing the mind and body. Through the vibrate of the bowl which can influence the tiny area of the cells, organ of our body and make it to the original statement, breaking the block area and make the chi flow again in our body. ABOUT INTI

Originally from Morocco, Inti is a traveling yoga student & teacher. After many years in corporate marketing, she decided to turn to life yoga practice. In her journey, she came across different healing traditions and life-changing techniques.
Since then, she got certified at hatha & ashtanga yoga, and advanced pranic healing & psychoterapy.
Inti is also a full time yoga instructor (Bikram, Ashtanga and hatha), and the cofounder and organizer of BWBfest (balance and wellbeing festival) in Malaysia.
The YOGAWARENESS project came then with the purpose of linking all this knowledge through technical workshops combining meditation, energy healing and quantum physics.

We all suffer from back pains starting from necks, shoulders until lower back.
It is an uncomfortable feeling, reducing our ability to move easily, to carry things, to sit or to stand for a long period of time, and sometimes the pain continues even while sleeping.

About Teacher Nash Stephanie Mayuela

Nash started yoga in 2010 when she joined her first Ashtanga class in the Philippines. She immediately fell in love with the practice and eventually got into teaching the following year. This also led her to teach Ashtanga yoga at a surf camp in Sri Lanka.

She loves how Ashtanga keeps her grounded and disciplined, but most especially that it keeps her sane in spite of how crazy her life can get.

Although her main passion is rock climbing, she complements her training with her daily Mysore practice. This taught her to toughen up while keeping her flexible at the same time. The benefits transcend from physical to mental.

Her hope is that as she shares her passion for yoga, it will also transform your life the way it did hers.

* In this workshop, we will learn how to train our core and develop upper body strength which is the foundation of  strong jump back. We will go through drills, explore asanas, and develop body awareness that will help us to get into a smooth and steady jump through.
* This workshop is suitable for beginners who want to have a strong base and a solid foundation in their practice. This is also suitable for advance students who to want to deepen their practice and explore how much further they can go.
